High volume recruiters are required for centrally located, high-volume end-to-end recruitment roles.
Our client is seeking multiple experienced end-to-end recruiters to support high-volume recruitment portfolios on a three-month temporary contract, based in a location easily accessible from Perth CBD.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple high-volume roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Ensure consistent compliance with recruitment processes and governance
- Support the facilitation of information sessions
- Deliver timely outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow structured recruitment processes
- Highly organised, adaptable, and outcome-focused
Preferred Experience
- Experience using PageUp (desirable)
- Exposure to one or more of the following sectors:
- Mining
- Hospitality
- Facilities Services
