Are you a specialist in job design and classification frameworks?
Our client is seeking an individual to support the development, rollout and ongoing management of a consistent, organisation‑wide suite of position descriptions.
This role will play a key part in translating job architecture and classification frameworks into clear, high‑quality role documentation that can be applied consistently across programs and functions.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain position descriptions aligned to job architecture and classification frameworks
- Manage a structured Position Description library as a single source of truth
- Coordinate stakeholder consultation to validate and solidify position description content
- Support organisation‑wide rollout of the Position Description suite, including guidance and training materials
- Identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies in role documentation
- Ensure ongoing alignment between position descriptions, organisational structures and capability frameworks
To be successful in your application, you will have extensive experience developing and maintaining position descriptions in a structured environment and a sound understanding of job design and classification frameworks. You must be able to translate business input into clear, consistent role documentation, apply strong attention to detail and governance standards, and manage multiple reviews effectively. You will be confident working with leaders and HR stakeholders, handle sensitive information with discretion, and will be comfortable working independently using standard HR and document management tools.
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
